Join seaweed expert Dr Prannie Rhatigan author of Irish Seaweed Kitchen for a seaweed identification and wild harvest walk followed by tastings of Lissadell mussels with seasonal seaweeds cooked on the rocks by award winning chef Julian Regneres from Trá Bán and enjoyed al fresco. To celebrate the launch of the Guide to Edible Seaweeds by Prannie over the So Sligo Festival weekend a complimentary copy of the Guide will be offered to each person on the walk.
