Wednesday 6th July: Full day
10am: Registration and introduction to seaweeds at Eithna’s by the sea, Mullaghmore, Co Sligo.
12pm: Seaweed identification walk and talk with picnic.
4pm: Rockpool Ramble or Walk around Mullaghmore Head
6:30pm: Aperitif and dinner at Eithna’s by the Sea
Thursday 7th July: Half day
10am: Seaweed cookery demo with Prannie at Eithna’s by the Sea, followed by leisurely lunch to finish.
Price: €180pp (Includes) seaweed talk, seaweed identification walk, complimentary laminated Guide to edible seaweeds , picnic lunch, rockpool ramble and dinner at Eithnas by the sea with aperitif and complimentary glass of wine.
