Launch of Guide to Edible Seaweeds

This guide describes many edible seaweeds and tells you where these sea vegetables/herbs can be found and also when and how they can be harvested sustainably.

As islanders it must be part of our identity and an essential part of who we are to be able to identify and enjoy these treasures that surround us on our shoreline. Giving seaweeds a small haircut – a trim really – will do no damage to the seaweeds and will allow us to taste and enjoy their many benefits.
