Seaweed Identification Walk and al fresco lunch on Coney Island-hosted by Irish Seaweed Kitchen and Tra Ban Restaurant.
Join world renowned seaweed expert Dr Prannie Rhatigan for an edible seaweed identification walk and harvest followed by lunch of Lissadell mussels cooked on the open fire by Anthony Gray of award winning Tra Ban.
This culinary adventure to Coney Island will be further enhanced by the presence of the guests of So Sligo 2015 John and Sally Mc Kenna from McKennas Guides.
Bus departs at 9.30 from Tra Ban Restaurant Strandhill. Registration 9.15am. Bus returns by 1.30. Cost €25 plus €5 for return trip on bus to Coney Island.
